Ricky Owen

Qualifications:
BSc (Hons) in Sport Science with Social Science, QTS, UEFA 'B' License, Youth Mod L2, Assessor s Award (A1) and NVQ Level 2 in Youth Work.

Ricky is a qualified PE Teacher, his teaching background consists of working in FE and schools, delivering GSCEs, BTEC programmes, NVQs and Gym based programmes.  In terms of coaching experience Ricky has been coaching for 15 years, working with adults and children of all ages, both in the UK and the US.  Ricky currently works at Sandwich Technology School as part of the Chelsea FC Foundation Academy, teaching and coaching the U19's.

Patrick Sutcliffe

Qualifications:
Postgraduate Diploma in Youth and Community Studies (JNC qualification), BA (Hons) in Community Studies with Leisure and Recreation, Level 5 Diploma (Literacy), Diploma in Teaching Skills for life in the lifelong learning sector, Assessor s Award (A1) PTLLS, CTLLS and National cycling instructor (NSIQ).

Pat played in the South East Counties League for Charlton Athletic U18s side alongside Premier League stalwarts Linvoy Primus (Portsmouth) and Anthony Barness (Chelsea and Bolton). He also played for Dover Athletic, Canterbury City and Sheppey United as well as captaining Kent at U18 representative Level.

Pat’s experience and knowledge of youth work and his ability to build working relationships with the young people he meets is invaluable! Pat has worked in youth services in Barnsley, Bradford and Kent. He has devised many projects working with young people at risk of exclusion from school, or those who are not in Education, Employment or training. Pat is able to deliver training in child protection, youth work (including detached), adult numeracy and literacy and drugs education.  He has been coaching football for over 20 years.
